What is your return and exchange policy?
At Bindaass, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been sold. However, we offer exchanges for certain conditions, such as receiving the wrong size, a defective product, or a damaged item. You must provide an unboxing video and photos to qualify for an exchange request. The request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
(i)Initiate the request by emailing us at support@bindaass.in or call us at +91 93169 69600 within 48 hours of receiving your product.
(ii)Provide an unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, wrong size).
(iii)Our team will assess the issue and provide further instructions.
(iv)If your exchange is approved, you will be asked to return the item. Once we inspect it and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or offer suitable alternatives.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to our size guide on the product page for detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we can assist in choosing the best size for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, the processing will start the next business day.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, allowing you to track the status of your package online.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery options and will keep our customers updated on future shipping services.
What should I do if my T-shirt is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective T-shirt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Ensure you have an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will review your request and arrange for an exchange if the issue is confirmed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done during the order confirmation call.
